Guests
Maximum number of guests at any one time is 175
Indoor seating capacity range of 60-80+
Indoor seating is not recommended for summer dining

Tent
Tenting is encouraged for all summertime events and/or events of more than 80 guests.

A 20x20 tent may be set up on the right side of the house to supplement indoor seating, for ceremonies, bar, dancing etc.

Tents usually cover the terrace in front of the House. A 30’ x 60’ tent is sufficient for up to 100 guests with room for dancing.

Larger tents can extend onto the adjacent lawn to a maximum size of 30’ x 105, which will accommodate up to 175 guests.

Larger and/or wider tents need to go out into the field.

Main House

1st. floor
4 rooms each aprox. 15x20 (see floor plan) Fireplaces use is permitted in 3 of the 4 rooms(Sept. to April) by advanced arrangement with Manager. ($50.00 fee each) Full Kitchen and service restroom (available for elderly and disabled guests) Wraparound porch, partially covered and enclosable (wintertime).

To accommodate the maximum number of guests, the house is clear of furniture with the following exceptions:

A dinning room table 41"x82"
5 assorted tables used for guest cards, gifts, bar, buffet etc.
5 6ft catering tables
29 folding (mismatched) chairs
Baby grand piano - tuned and available for use
Grandfather clock

Kitchen
6 burner commercial gas stove/oven.
Full size convection oven ($50.00 fee to use)
Double door reachin refrigerator
Single door freezer
Dumpster available for trash disposal

Parking
Free ample well lighted parking lot.
Additional parking along driveway is permitted.
The driveway area at the house entrance must be kept open for Emergency and Fire Vehicles
Parking on the lawn is not permitted.

Telephones
A telephone (in case of an emergency) is provided in the main kitchen. 781. 259.9868
